We want to make it easy for you to know exactly where your order is. Follow the steps below to track your Khayao order.

How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Check Your Email
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

Step 2: Find Your Tracking Number
Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email. It typically starts with a combination of letters and numbers (e.g., 1Z999AA10123456784).

Step 3: Track Your Package
Click the tracking link in your email, or copy and paste your tracking number into the carrier's website:

Order Status Guide

Order Confirmed: We've received your order and it's being prepared for shipment.

Processing: Your order is being packed and will ship within 1-2 business days.

Shipped: Your order is on its way! You'll receive tracking information via email.

Out for Delivery: Your package is with the delivery driver and will arrive today.

Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the address provided.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after shipment
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after shipment
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after shipment

Note: Processing time of 1-2 business days is in addition to shipping time.

Didn't Receive a Tracking Number?

If you haven't received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please check:

  • Your spam or junk email folder
  • That you entered the correct email address at checkout
  • Your account order history (if you created an account)

Tracking Issues

Tracking shows no movement: Sometimes there's a delay in scanning updates. If your tracking hasn't updated in 3-5 days, please contact us.

Package shows delivered but you didn't receive it: Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. If you still can't locate it, contact us immediately at contact@khayao.com.

Wrong tracking information: If your tracking number doesn't work or shows someone else's package, please reach out to us right away.

International Orders

International shipments may take longer and could require customs clearance. Tracking updates might be delayed during this process. You may also be contacted by your local customs office for additional information or duties payment.
