At Khayao, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
How to Return
Step 1: Contact us at contact@khayao.com with your order number and reason for return
Step 2: We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping label
Step 3: Pack your item securely and ship it back using the provided label
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we're happy to help! Contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, a $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@khayao.com with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
